Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute authority over your email boxes and email newsletters. With this user-friendly user interface, you can create a new email box account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can redirect electronic mails from one email box to another, configure mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and shield your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and specify the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Just select the email box account you would like to forward email messages from, then select the destination mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you wish to set up on your PC or mobile phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
